The location of the hotel is marvelous, very close to Tong Sala Beach. the hotel is in a lovely area, adjacent to Thailand for Koh Phangan as well as the port and the center. - There are plenty of delicious meals available.

The pool and beach were the best aspects of our Christmas stay. the pool was very clean, and the beach had great views of the blue sea and clear sky. the hotel was situated in a convenient location, only walking distance from some great restaurants, markets, and shopping centres. the hotel room was also quite spacious and had a lovely balcony view of the surrounding landscapes.

The hotel staff weren't very helpful and had terrible customer service. They seemed to be more interested in their own phones and iPads than attending to their guests.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a good sized bathroom. The pool was fantastic, with plenty of sun beds. The food was tasty, albeit a little pricey for hotel dining. The staff were courteous, accommodating and friendly throughout our stay.

The noise levels were quite high within the hotel, with staff talking loudly and using walkie-talkies. The breakfast was a bit poor and often noisy, particularly as there was a table in the middle of the building where the staff would meet and chat. however, our stay was a really positive experience and we enjoyed our time at the hotel very much.
